We currently have a new role and opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our busy night Home Improvements branch. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join and support our busy sales and operations team.
In this interesting and varying role you will be working as a point of contact and overseeing the day-to-day administration of the branch, working inter-departmentally between sales, installations and the customer, to deliver a high quality of service and drive the customer experience.
- Minimum of 3 years administration experience in a home improvements environment
- Coordinating a high-quality, customer focused service, providing an environment for all employees, self-employed associates, and service providers to utilize the facilities in accordance with business requirements
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records (can also be used for Covid-19 purposes)
- Complete regular housekeeping checks on data throughout the branch to deliver a seamless experience to internal and external users
- Working alongside the Installations Manager conduct health & safety checks and health assessments to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Being the first point of contact for all branch issues, providing timely response and co-ordination of remedial work
- The ability to demonstrate great teamwork
- Great IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, Window & Door software for quotations, orders, surveys, installations, and service. As an advantage financial software such as Sage or similar
- A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and priorities the workload within set deadlines
- Experience of being discrete when working with confidentiality and sensitive data
