Ensuring the provision of efficient and effective administration duties that ensure the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, arranging appointments, obtaining prices from our client's suppliers, pricing of window and door installations & organising any relevant paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all are enquires are dealt with following our client's processes
Providing a reception service both telephone and face to face.
Communicating technical information to our client's customers
Discussing our client’s product options
Ensuring that our client's CRM system is kept accurate and up to date
Preparing quotations for new window and door installations
Follow up on quotation already sent
Liaising closely with our client’s operations team regarding fitting schedule
Providing regular progress updates to our client's customers
Placing orders for consumables
Register completed installations with Certass and our client's insurance company
Sending guarantees to our client's customer after completion of installation
Prioritising incoming work demands
Conducting all duties in a professional and efficient manner
