Job Description

The role:

Ensuring the provision of efficient and effective administration duties that ensure the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, arranging appointments, obtaining prices from our client's suppliers, pricing of window and door installations & organising any relevant paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all are enquires are dealt with following our client's processes 
  • Providing a reception service both telephone and face to face.
  • Communicating technical information to our client's customers
  • Discussing our client’s product options
  • Ensuring that our client's CRM system is kept accurate and up to date
  • Preparing quotations for new window and door installations
  • Follow up on quotation already sent
  • Liaising closely with our client’s operations team regarding fitting schedule 
  • Providing regular progress updates to our client's customers
  • Placing orders for consumables
  • Register completed installations with Certass and our client's insurance company
  • Sending guarantees to our client's customer after completion of installation
  • Prioritising incoming work demands
  • Conducting all duties in a professional and efficient manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within window estimating would advantageous Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel  Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skill both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills Professional approach Ability to prioritise workload Excellent organisational skills
