Urgently needed

Our Client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their busy and growing team based in the Bury area

You will report into the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for managing and maintaining existing Customer accounts – your responsibilities will include;

  • Managing high volume inbound calls – this could be up to 100 calls per day
  • Accurately logging customer queries on the database to ensure efficient follow up / resolution
  • Accurate and efficient data entry – processing customer information
  • Assisting with the management of a shared email inbox – taking ownership of queries
  • Liaising with third parties or other departments in the business as required
  • Keeping customers fully updated on the status of their query
  • Processing customer payments as required
  • Any other ad hoc customer service based duties as required by the Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have at least 2 years office based Inbound Customer Service based experience to be considered for this role
