As part of our continued growth we are looking for a talented Administrator to join our Operations team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day running of our Contractor Care Function
Manage our Timesheet Portal and liaise with Contractors and Clients on a regular basis
Create and Manage all Client Terms of Business
Manage Supplier Contracts and Renewals
Credit Control
Produce and distribute Reports using Excel and our CRM.
Ad hoc admin tasks
About you
We are looking for a skilled Administrator with a background working in a Recruitment or Sales environment. You will be a strong communicator with experience in Contracts and Finance Administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience reviewing and drafting contracts Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in written form Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Disciplined approach to organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management skills with an eye for detail Experience using Sage or Xero is desirable but not essential
