Job Description

They are seeking an accounts administrator who is enthusiastic and ready to make the next step in their career. This is a full time permanent opportunity working closely with the managing director your duties will be varied and split between administration and bookkeeping while getting involved in other duties when needed.

Finance Administrator Position Overview
Processing invoices for the purchase ledger
Month end reconciliations for purchase ledger
Producing creditors reports along with other weekly reports
Making payments - Cheques, BACS, PAYE
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card reconciliations

Finance Administrator Position Remuneration
£20,000 - £25,000 Per annum
37.5 hour week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+years in a similar role Extensive knowledge of sage is essential Good communicative skills Experience working in the construction industry would be advantageous An enthusiastic team player who isn't afraid to cover over roles when needed AAT not essential but would be beneficial
