Job Description

The role will involve dealing with valuations, client agreements, issuing letters of authority to providers, dealing with client policy records, administering risk questionnaires, preparing business applications, handling customer enquiries over the phone professionally and efficiently, maintaining good relationships with providers, ensuring compliance issues are dealt with, assisting the Advisers with other tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will preferably have worked in a similar role within the financial services industry and have experience with Intelligent Office. You must be fully conversant with Microsoft office, have strong communications skills, have fast and accurate keyboard skills, be organized and task orientated and have a willingness to keep up to date with industry knowledge.
