Job Description
Daily duties will include;
- Receiving, checking and placing orders for Stock - both on the internal system and with the on-site Warehouse
- Maintain Stock levels on the Stock / Production system
- Booking in received Stock on the in-house database
- Raising Invoices and creating Supplier Payment runs
- Monthly and Annual Stock take - both physical and on the system (all done during normal working hours)
- Accurate and timely completion of Administration work - monitoring staff attendance and holidays etc.
This is an office based role but you will occasionally be required carry out some Stock control duties on the shop floor
Working hours - Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm, onsite parking is available
