Our household name client is looking for multiple Customer focused individuals to work at their Morley depot for a 12 week temp assignment. On a typical working day you will be:
Thoroughly investigating complaints to reach a resolution
Accurately logging data onto Excel workbooks
Actively managing queries in the queue, prioritising and multi-tasking your caseload.
Responding to queries via the automated CRM system
In return our client offers:
Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent in written and spoken English Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Be adaptable to change and new systems Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting. Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.
