Job Description

The provision is aimed at young people who are not befitting from school and are motivated by a more practical curriculum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an administration and clerical service to the department with the focus of helping to ensure accuracy of data to support decision making and facilitate compliance to College processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for front of house activities, such as welcoming visitors and dealing with any enquiries.
Candidates will be quality and target driven with experience of management information systems (MIS), experience within an educational establishment, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional.
