ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - TOYOTA CARDIFF

SALARY: Basic £16,250 - £20,500 + Bonus

KEY OBJECTIVES:

• The input of purchase ledger invoices
• Preparation of daily banking and posting to ledgers
• Bank statement postings
• Cheque payment postings
• Electronic Payments
• Credit Control
• Stock Checks
• Reconciliation of control accounts
• Bank reconciliations

You will work closely with colleagues performing some or all of these duties for one or more dealerships.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised and a good team player, be able to work to strict deadlines and have an attention to detail. They should be self - motivated with the ability to solve problems.We are looking for a well-presented individual who has a positive work ethic, preferably with previous experience working within a small team in a fast paced accounting environment.
