Job Description
On a day to day basis your role will be to manage day to day HR Admin tasks and provide Admin support across the HR team.
This will include;
- Starters and Leavers Admin
- Assist with HR inductions
- Maintain accurate sick / absence records across Weekly and Monthly staff
- Calculation of Bonus and also management of long service Awards
- Book relevant Occupational Health Meetings
- Request DBS checks and References
- Maintain accurate Training Records
- Ad hoc duties as required
