Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to expand their existing office administration experience and take on a new challenge.
Within the Customer Operations department you will be working in a lively and stimulating office environment, providing administrative support to the Sales team, Project Managers and Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
Using Excel to provide detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
Assisting the Estimator with costing of bespoke furniture.
Assisting Project Managers with scheduling of projects.
Distribution of samples and marketing materials.
General office administration duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Maths GCSE B or above Computer Literate – Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word Efficient and pro-active Able to show initiative and manage own workload Adaptable Team player / Strong communication skills Excellent telephone manner
