Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to expand their existing office administration experience and take on a new challenge.

Within the Customer Operations department you will be working in a lively and stimulating office environment, providing administrative support to the Sales team, Project Managers and Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using Excel to provide detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
  • Assisting the Estimator with costing of bespoke furniture.
  • Assisting Project Managers with scheduling of projects.
  • Distribution of samples and marketing materials.
  • General office administration duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Maths GCSE B or above Computer Literate – Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel & Word Efficient and pro-active Able to show initiative and manage own workload Adaptable Team player / Strong communication skills Excellent telephone manner
