The Role

As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for project admin support, including sales and project tracking. You will oversee office related Health & Safety matters, maintain and update Risk Assessments and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and keeping with H&S guidelines. You will deal with both internal and external calls, post & emails, as well as managing the social media accounts. Another key part of the role would be responding to client queries, as well as raising & processing orders.

Required Skills

To apply for this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and Science.
  • Be competent with using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Hold a positive, pro-active approach in the workplace, and always maintain a polite & courteous telephone manner.

Ideally, the client is looking for someone who has worked in a similar role previously, for a company of a similar construction or consultancy background. A Business Administration NVQ or equivalent as well as First Aid at work qualification is desirable, but not essential to apply for this role.
