Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a family run Practice, working with the current Practice Manager and supporting a team of 10.

Duties will include;

  • Organizing client meeting packs, client valuations and pulling cases together.
  • Typing up meeting notes from file.
  • Answering & filtering phone calls.
  • Dealing with client payment queries.
  • Managing the meeting room, with refreshments when required.
  • Any additional ad-hoc admin as and when is needed to support the practice.

To apply for this position, you MUST have strong administration skills, be literate, have impeccable grammar and be professional in person, as well as having a pleasant telephone manner.

If you have previously worked within the Financial Services or Wealth Management industry, this would be preferable for this role.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This would ideally suit somebody who is looking for flexible hours due to outside work commitments, the role will initially be part-time with a view to increase your hours to full-time in due course.
