Job Description
  • Download orders using various portals and websites
  • Process sales orders on SAP
  • Release and dispatch orders for next day delivery
  • Print labels for outgoing orders
  • Book couriers for delivery collection
  • Monitor deliveries
  • Process collections
  • Process credits to accounts
  • Answering the phone and providing excellent customer service to resolve customer enquires
  • Answer calls from retailers regarding product information
  • Filing of documents
  • Print manifests for all couriers
  • Invoice various different accounts
  • Deal with emails and portal query sites
  • Answer the intercom, greet visitors/workmen and sign for deliveries
  • Process sofa bed collections and monitor delivery
  • Complete various returns on a weekly basis as required
