The role will be within the Central Services department at Training 2000, based at the Blackburn site. The position will initially be remote working due to Covid-19 however the successful candidate will need to be flexible on location.
This position is to provide a comprehensive customer service support to both internal and external customers, as well as an inclusive administration service to all departments within the business. The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team working through administration tasks and answering calls.
This position is often the first contact point for our customers and the successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be an excellent communicator with a professional approach and have an ability to deal with people at all levels.
This role is a part time role working 32.5 hours per week, operating out of our Blackburn site and attracting a salary of £15,397 (full time equivalent of £18,043) and a competitive benefits package.
