Job Description

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual, now looking to make a move to improve their career prospects within the Financial Services Sector; you will be provided with an excellent level of basic salary, 5% employer pension contribution, death in service and income protection cover, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and also close between Christmas and New Year (without any deduction from your holiday entitlement).

The successful candidate will join a lovely team currently consisting of four. Working the standard hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm, the successful candidate will work alongside a Technical Administrator and will directly support the Adviser. Providing dedicated, accurate and efficient sales support, daily duties will consist of;

Running the administration of the company's ongoing planning meeting service for existing clients
Processing any new business applications
Researching clients' policies and investments
Daily use of Intelligent Office, and maintaining an update to system
Providing administration support in relation to valuations, transfer of servicing and client reviews to allow sales consultants to conduct efficient client meetings.

  • No Weekends

Experience:

  • IFA Administration: 2 years (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working with in a Financial Planning environment. Experience of using the Intelliflo back office system would be an advantage but not essential. You will also have used wrap accounts (ideally Nucleus) and be a fluent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should be highly professional with the ability to interact and work well as part of a team
