Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Processing BACS, Cheques and Direct Debts
  • Inputting and processing invoices
  • Querying resolutions and escalation
  • Credit control and debt recovery
  • Provision of statistical and financial information
  • Allocating Sales to cash
  • Operating Billing systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate confidently, with excellent customer service skills Good inter-personal skills with the ability to work under pressure using your own initiative in order to meet right deadlines Strong IT skills and experience of using Finance systems and applications Experience of working within a shared service centre environment Good organisational skills Fast and accurate data entry skills
