Our client is a growing corporate company dealing with Healthcare Management systems based in Uxbridge. Due to expansion over the past five years they are actively seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with five years customer service experience or more to join the expanding and friendly team.
This role is for someone who wants to have a career, progress within an organisation and has an avid interest in healthcare systems and the benefits the systems give to healthcare providers.
You will be responsible for the development, management and day to day supervision of the team, handling inbound calls and emails from clients, advising them on system enquiries and identify ways to develop and improve the customer service experience of all clients.
Required
Must live within easy commute to Uxbridge
5+ years of customer service experience
Able to work to deadlines and targets and have a proven track record of doing so
Able to build and maintain professional relationships
Proven team management experience
Experience with compliance management
An interest in healthcare systems and organisations
