Our client is very much established and able to offer excelletn career prospects and opportunities. We urgently need to appoint 2 verys trong administration candidates who can facilitate the following tasks;
* Ability to raise quotes and liaise over the telephone with customers.
* Offer first line support, high level of customer service.
* Negotiate with suppliers seet rates and preferred rates.
* Log orders onto the sytem.
* Raise sales invoices.
* Liaise with transport and distribution.
* Liaise with the warehouse for sitting stock and league times on new stock.
This role really gives someone the opportunity to make the role their own, they will be doing a lot of adminstration duties, but also offering assistance over the phone to customers on-goingly. A keen eye for attention to detail, strong time management, and a good all round team player is a must for this role.
Ideally the successful canidate will come from a sales order background, and possess a good work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Good IT skills, organised approach.
Hours are Monday - Friday 08.30am -5.00pm.
Ideally you will need to be-able to drive.
