One of our large clients, an online technology giant has retained us on an exclusive basis to build their internal audit team. The next assignment we have is to find an IT Audit Manager, based in Leeds, Yorkshire, UK.

Reporting to the Group Head of Audit and working as part of a core team of internal audit professionals, you will carry out reviews of IT risk alongside the financial auditors, as part of a team delivering the audit plan, with the sole purpose of building and growing a Group-wide culture which manages and mitigates risk.

Due to the level of stakeholder interaction, the IT Audit Manager will be given huge exposure to a broad range of business units in the Group and therefore, the successful candidate should be targeting a 2-3 year plan to either be promoted in audit, or across into the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a degree educated computer sciences or IT audit/ IT assurance professional, with some progressive post qualification experience, who is looking for their next challenge. A qualification such as a CISA/CISSP/ CIA etc. would be helpful too but is not essential.
