Job Role
Responsible for the coordination of the construction contracts and installations.
Understand and coordinate the contracts, ensuring all parties are complicit with the terms and conditions of the contract and that all contracts abide by relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure contracts are executed to agreed terms.
Duties
Understand and coordinate contracts for installations
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure installations are undertaken
Control material planning and delivery dates and times
Liaise with suppliers and logistics team to ensure OTIF deliveries
Understand technical / construction drawings and specifications
Provide estimates / pricing for installations
Liaise with site teams to ensure safe, efficient and effective high quality installations
Handle instructions, such as variations and negotiate standing time or other issues relating to prime costs
Provide quotations for minor works, defects and return visits
Preparing and issuing installation progress reports
Maintain a schedule of costs
Dealing with subcontractors when required
Ensuring quality and HSE requirements are complied with at all timess.
Act as a central point of contact for clients and internal departments for all queries regarding contracts
Work in compliance with the Company's QA, H&S, ISO systems and procedures.
