Send letters of authority to product providers
Complete data harvest on different types of product to a consistent standard
Update Know Your Client (KYC) 'fact find' information on Intelligent Office
Ensuring the completion of all electronic new business building and illustration creation associated with the reports in an accurate and timely manner
Ensuring all suitability reports are packaged and issued to clients accurately within agreed timescales
Identify problems with workflow processes and suggest improvements
Early identification and reporting, to Head of Technical Support, of difficult cases that could require additional time/expertise to resolve (e.g. slow responding providers or complex pensions)
To provide assistance with opening and sorting the post daily by 11.00am, ensuring it is delivered to the relevant person in the business
To provide assistance with the outgoing post, ensuring it is completed daily by 4:30pm
Provide support to the Investment Administration team
Ensuring that any complaints (formal or informal), breaches or losses are reported to the Head of Risk Management at the earliest possible opportunity
To undertake reasonable additional duties at the request of your Line Manager as may be required from time to time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to work within defined business processes, as part of a team and individually on own initiative. Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, prioritizing and planning own workload. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to produce detailed and accurate work consistently to a high standard. Good IT skills (notably MS Word and Excel, but also able to learn third party software such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and Select a pension).
