Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a range of skills and knowledge associated with the processing of weekly payroll and monthly bonus calculations. The successful candidate shall be flexible within their role, well-motivated, enthusiastic.

Duties Include:

  • Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
  • Monthly bonus calculations - reconciling/processing weekly timesheets, liaising with the Production Director, requires accuracy and efficiency due to tight deadlines.
  • Sickness and absence management.
  • Starter and Leaver administration.
  • Prepare year-end employee and employer returns.
  • Assist with HR Issues.
  • Managing personnel files and training records.
  • Auto enrolment pension processing/maintenance.
  • Organize Occupational health requirements.
  • Assist with disciplinary and counselling issues and manage records.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing. Strong Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. AAT qualified desirable, minimum of GCSE grade C or equivalent in Math and English. Flexible. Well-motivated. Reliable. Enthusiastic.
