Duties Include:
Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
Monthly bonus calculations - reconciling/processing weekly timesheets, liaising with the Production Director, requires accuracy and efficiency due to tight deadlines.
Sickness and absence management.
Starter and Leaver administration.
Prepare year-end employee and employer returns.
Assist with HR Issues.
Managing personnel files and training records.
Auto enrolment pension processing/maintenance.
Organize Occupational health requirements.
Assist with disciplinary and counselling issues and manage records.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing. Strong Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. AAT qualified desirable, minimum of GCSE grade C or equivalent in Math and English. Flexible. Well-motivated. Reliable. Enthusiastic.
