Job Description

Our Client is a dynamic Independent Wealth Management firm, who due to continued growth are now seeking a proactive individual to support to a team of Financial Planners.

Working as part of a small and friendly team, the role will involve;

  • Preparing new business and client review packs for meetings
  • Collating valuations and fund information
  • Running Defaqto reports
  • Assisting with the production of accurate client portfolio valuations statements
  • Obtaining literature and forms from providers and pre-completing basic client details
  • Obtaining Anti-Money Laundering requirements and conducting electronic checks for new and existing clients
  • Preparation of ongoing suitability reports
  • Preparation of New Business proposal Reports
  • Processing new business submissions
  • Use back office system to schedule follow up tasks relating to business submissions
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure all applications are received, completed and attend to outstanding requirements

Attention to detail is absolutely imperative for this role, as is discretion, character and the ability to effectively manage the varied workload that comes with working within a small enterprise


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will provide top level administration support to a small team and work closely with the Business Qwner, Advisers and the Office Manager. With this in mind, our Client is looking for someone who is confident and articulate and has excellent communication skills both on the phone and email.
