Job Description:

  • Talks with clients, design team members and contractors 
  • Undertaking duties in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Completing O&M Manuals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Construction or Manufacturing Knowledge of Mezzanine flooring / Conveyors / Fabrication  Autocad/Design knowledge/experience Knowledge of Microsoft Project Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritise workload  Understanding of CDM2015 and Construction Health and Safety At least one year experience in similar H&S role
