- General Administration as necessary
- Handling all incoming phone and email correspondence efficiently and effectively
- Creating a personal experience for each customer so they feel respected
- Troubleshoot any customer issues regarding orders
- Updating the customer at each stage of the process
- Up selling products when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High level of attention to detail Thorough and efficient working processes Previous, recent administration experience Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Strong Customer Service skills Previous sales experience is desirable
