Job Description
This is a temporary role for 4 months with a strong possibility of being extended to 6 months.
This role requires you to be:
- Experienced in working in a customer service role
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Willingness to accept responsibility and develop skills and knowledge

Duties include but not limited to:
- Dealing with customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assessing engineer availability and arranging appointments
- Liaise with engineers and provide quotations for repair work
- Issue quotations to clients in a clear and presentable manner
- Follow up quotes promptly and convert them into sales.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain best prices for materials
- Arranging & Managing repair work
- Ensure all required paperwork is sent to clients and relevant bodies
- Creation of invoices
- Recording of monies received
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 20 days Holiday +Statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)
£10.20 per hour
