Job Description

This is a temporary role for 4 months with a strong possibility of being extended to 6 months.

This role requires you to be:

  • Experienced in working in a customer service role
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and develop skills and knowledge
  • Organised and disciplined
  • Share and reflect the values of the company
  • Always looking for improved working methods

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assessing engineer availability and arranging appointments
  • Liaise with engineers and provide quotations for repair work
  • Issue quotations to clients in a clear and presentable manner
  • Follow up quotes promptly and convert them into sales.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain best prices for materials
  • Arranging & Managing repair work
  • Ensure all required paperwork is sent to clients and relevant bodies
  • Creation of invoices
  • Recording of monies received

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 20 days Holiday +Statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)

£10.20 per hour
