Reporting to the Director of Operation the successful candidate will:
Act as a specialist in people management and/or technical advice and use this knowledge to work with key relationships, to enhance processes, improve overall performance and the understanding of employee relation matters
Maintain, monitor and improve existing procedures, process and operational guidance to streamline and drive efficiency's
Identify and present areas of continuous improvements within the current framework to key stakeholders and support projects to meet operational standards, including cross functional projects
To lead, motivate and develop managers and colleagues to maintain an appropriate understanding of control / culture in relation to regulations and departmental duties
Assist in the preparation of regular reports for review and submission, maintaining up to date internal records in order to satisfy external regulators and auditors
Collaborate and ensure that all aspects of the work between different department areas are coordinated and there is effective communication
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Passed L3 CISI IOC (IAQ) (or equivalent) or actively working towards qualification Financial industry and management experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Strong knowledge of FCA regulations Strong coach Demonstrate process improvement Ability to challenge in a supportive and constructive way Strong stakeholder management skills
