Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment.
Key responsibilities
× Ensure that all enquiries and problems are answered promptly, investigated and resolved, within the Customer Service guidelines
× Communicate with external suppliers to gain product information on behalf of the customer
× Manage the end to end process of customer direct deliveries from suppliers
× Develop the relationship and lines of communication between the Organisation and customers
× Liaise with external suppliers to resolve non stock discrepancies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
× Previous administrative experience × Demonstrate a willingness to learn × Excellent organisational and prioritising of workload × Excellent communication skills both written and verbal × Ability to work well under pressure × Confident in Microsoft packages such as excel and word
