As an Administrative assistant, you will provide administration support to both Managers and Employees working in our friendly but busy office.
Key duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Answering the Telephone.
Dealing with queries.
Inputting orders onto Sage200.
Taking payments on Sage.
Arranging Tenura orders off the Tenura website.
Setting currency daily.
Completing the Calendar.
Franking Post.
Filing.
Other duties within the office environment as required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

· Excellent telephone manor. · Self-motivated & incredibly well organized. · Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. · Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · A strong team player. · Some knowledge of exporting preferred but not essential.
