Job Description

As our new Quality Administrator, you will support the Site Quality Operations Managers, Regional and Senior Quality Operations Manager in the administration required to ensure the continued compliance of the quality systems throughout the UK.

We are looking for our new Quality Administrator to have experience working within a highly regulated industry (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, Food etc.) and strong experience of customer facing communications (email/telephone).
 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to priorities responsibilities on time and effectively. Understanding and commitment to achieving deadlines. Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision from their Line Manager.
