An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Stock Control Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment.
Key responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders.
Achieve stock levels set out in the KPI's
Liaise with all stakeholders as required
Build relationships with Suppliers utilizing Supplier Relationship Management programme
Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our suppliers
Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution
Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer
Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience. Understanding of Operations and Inventory. Demonstrate a willingness to learn. Excellent organizational & prioritizing of workload. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure. Confident in Microsoft Excel.
