Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Stock Control Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain all inventory data related to the products and stakeholders.
  • Achieve stock levels set out in the KPI's
  • Liaise with all stakeholders as required
  • Build relationships with Suppliers utilizing Supplier Relationship Management programme
  • Contribute with internal Inbound Logistics to have most effective deliveries for our suppliers
  • Manage issues with suppliers through stakeholders to resolution
  • Arrange and co-ordinate emergency deliveries direct to the customer
  • Review reports and update as necessary on behalf of the team and managers
     

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administrative experience. Understanding of Operations and Inventory. Demonstrate a willingness to learn. Excellent organizational & prioritizing of workload. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure. Confident in Microsoft Excel.
