I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a part time sales administrator/coordinator working 2 days per week ( Thursday and Friday's) 8.30am to 5pm each day, the role has a potential to lead to more hours and also may lead to a permanent position too. Flexibility is needed for more hours on occassion
Salary will be Circa £9.50 per hour
The Role - Overview
Receiving orders via email & telephone
Inputting orders onto SAP system
Liaising with transport companies and arranging collections
Liaising with Sales account managers regarding details of orders. Dates/pricing etc.
Answering telephone calls from customers.
Creating shipments and deliveries within SAP.
Dealing with customer queries.
Chasing POD's with carriers.
Raising credit notes where required.
Proactively suggesting better ways of working to increase efficiencies
Logging onto customers web sites, and downloading information on sales, delivery performance and shortages and carrying out the necessary actions

SAP system experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous sales admin experience. Reliable attendance and performance. Attention to detail. Ability to fit in with the team. Great communication skills. Well organised and ability to prioritise workload Comfortable on PC's. EDI orders, Word/basic excel, Outlook, Internet.
