Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a technical knowledge of electrical, having either trained in electrical or having worked for a company who sell an electrical products. Our client is willing to consider anyone bright, enthusiastic, commercially aware, however they must have some sort of electrical knowledge, whether that be from education and training or work experience, passion for everything electric is key to the success of this role.

The role will involve:

• Dealing with enquiries from installers, via email and telephone
• Putting together quotes for Solar PV Systems, Battery Storage and EV Chargers
• Doing electrical calculations, training will be given, but a good understanding of electrical principles is essential
• Sales order processing, ensuring order is inputted accurately into the computer to generate instruction to warehouse and accounts
• Communicating with customer on delivery dates, keeping them up to date if items are out of stock etc…
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and other team members in a professional, friendly manner
• General administration, using all Microsoft Office applications and in-house system
• Undertaking training both internal and external when required
• Learning about the product range, to provide the best customer service possible
• Being a good team player
