Job Description

Responsibilities will include obtaining employee information and inputting onto the firm's case management system, providing information to the RPO via their online upload facility and dealing with queries from both the RPO and employees. You will also agree claims when payments have been finalized and dividends are to be paid.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have the ability to handle correspondence, communication and claims effectively, with an awareness of the effect of redundancy on individuals, and the need to address queries promptly and correctly. The individual will also be able to interact with confidence, sensitivity and knowledge across all levels and grades of staff and have the desire to develop a thorough knowledge of the employee, employer and PPF entitlements in insolvent situations and general employment legislation.
