The post holder is responsible for the delivery of high-quality management of the North Division Administration and performance Services including, but not exhaustive of Administrative Supervisors, Medical Secretaries, PA'S , Team Secretaries, Reception Services gateway team within your managed area. The post holder will assist the development of staff teams to ensure quality of service and all performance targets are met. You will assist the teams in the development of local policies and procedures, along with the dissemination and training of these policies and procedures. The post holder will also ensure that achievement of the national standards are met within their area and provide a confidential, efficient and service user friendly approach to each service within the division.
There will be a requirement to ensure consistent cover across the North Manchester Division, including covering other band 5’s within the division with absences. This may mean a requirement to travel across the North Manchester services.
