  • Previous experience within a school administration role.
  • Excellent administrative and SIMS experience and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to priorities your time and workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable & professional.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • The ability to work with high levels of tact, confidentiality and discretion.

Key Skills:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with SIMS essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic school administrator / secretary with excellent organizational skills to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Head teacher, Deputy Head teacher and main office. As the initial point of contact for families, visitors and telephone callers, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills and be able to deal with staff, parents, visitors and children in a busy environment. Experience of SIMS is essential. The role requires a strong, organized person who has confidence to work in a busy environment and the satisfaction that you are improving children’ prospects.
