Job Description

You will join our site project team either working on or offshore. You will be assigned to a project a few months before execution whereby, you will assist with the site setup, vessel mobilization and provide administrative support.

Prior to this there will be pre-planning either from home or from one of our sites. Once the project is under execution you will be required to work a 14 days on/14 days off rotation scheme either from a vessel or a site location with the rest of your team.

You will report to the Team Leader Site Admin from Site Support.

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be responsible for all administrative support to the Site Managers and project team throughout the duration of the project. You will be a proactive contributor and driver of personnel welfare on site and ensure a positive, healthy and efficient working environment. As the Site Assistant, you will assist Project Site Coordinators with IT set-up and agreements for apartment, rental houses and hotels as well as assist the Document Controller on site when needed.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Assist with the mobilization of the hotel vessel/project site office
  • Liaising with local vendors when relevant, e.g. cleaning company, security, waste management company
  • Site related purchases
  • Create and maintain site handbook
  • Time registration in AX
  • Coordinate, welcome and introduce visitors
  • Event planning
  • Support Commissioning, site managers and project team
  • Relevant ad hoc tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Thrive in a constantly changing environment. Have at least two years of experience from an administrative role. Can navigate in an international environment with people from all parts of the world. Are an experienced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics user. Are fluent in English. Have a full driver’s license.
