Job Description
This position is largely administrative and should be viewed as an opportunity to into Service Delivery Management.
Compiling reports using various sources of data.
Extract information and present in a professional manner.
Act as initial point of contact for customer queries.
Review customer reports and attempt to identify trends.
Complete incident reports upon request.
Manage a register comprising of what reports are required and when they are due.
Working with internal departments ensure assist with accurate reporting.
Working Hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
Preferably you will:
Be extremely organized and well-presented with excellent all-round communication skills
Demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
Have the desire to take on new responsibilities, a can do attitude and great attention to detail
Work unsupervised and must be team oriented
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided however excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills would be favorably received, along with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
