Your key duties as our Cash Administrator will include:
- Ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash and refunds
- Implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service internally and externally
- Support the Cash Administrator Team Leader/ Cash Administrator Coordinators in ensuring the smooth running of the data processing team
- Ensure that all securitization daily timing/requirements are adhered to
- Provide coaching and support to other team members
- Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes
- Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorization levels
- Responsible for daily balancing
- Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation
- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
