Your key duties as our Cash Administrator will include:

  • Ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash and refunds
  • Implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service internally and externally
  • Support the Cash Administrator Team Leader/ Cash Administrator Coordinators in ensuring the smooth running of the data processing team
  • Ensure that all securitization daily timing/requirements are adhered to
  • Provide coaching and support to other team members
  • Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes
  • Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorization levels
  • Responsible for daily balancing
  • Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service. Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office. Works methodically to meet deadlines. Pays attention to detail to deliver tasks well. Requires basic courtesy and verbal communication within the team and either with internal or external clients on behalf of the team. Able to work in a team environment.
