Job Description
Service admin:
- Manage ongoing preventative maintenance schedule.
- Take customer calls for breakdowns and issue to correct service engineer.
- Follow up with service engineers to confirm status of outstanding work.
- Ensure that all contractor invoice submissions include all relevant paperwork and completed checklists.
- Process invoices and jobs through service software.
- Maintain active list of service engineers and their coverage.
Sales admin:
- Generate and send paperwork to new customers.
- Follow up on all paperwork.
- Keep sales reps and admin up to date on the status of paperwork and customer setup.
Logistics admin:
- Organize commissioning, training and installation on new customer sites.
- Communicate between transport, production, customers and sales reps to organize delivery of cold stores.
