Job Description

To support the Service Charge Team with any administrative duties that may be required. This will involve managing queries from our large landlord portfolio both by email and phone. This person will have a key supporting role in the very busy Service Charge Team. Communication with other members of the Finance Team and Block Management Team will be essential in order to respond to queries on all properties from the Manchester and Liverpool portfolios. You will be responsible for issuing Service Charge Reports and Budgets, invoicing for Ground Rent and Service Charge, proactively chasing debtors and processing payments for the Block Management Team.

Essential for this role: fluent in Mandarin but ideally, also fluent in Cantonese

We offer

We would offer the right candidate a starting salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per annum, a lucrative commission/bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an investment in your on-going training and development.

Hours - 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Excel skills. A passion for/background in Math, Finance or Accounting. Excellent written and spoken communication. Highly organized. Great attention to detail. Good time management. Energy and confidence. Professionalism in both attitude and personal presentation.
