Job Description

Working on a part-time basis the successful candidate will ideally come from a Transport Compliance background and will have strong administration and organizational skills, you will also be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times. You will be proactive, self-motivated and work to a high degree of accuracy at all times.

Key duties:

  • The administration of driver tachygraphy infringements and legal compliance documents.
  • Keeping driver records up-to-date including computerized training records and training plans.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports to Transport Managers regarding driver’s licenses, infringements and WTD.
  • Administrate Subcontractor compliance – setting up new subcontractors and ensuring the continuation or removal of existing subcontractors as an active resource.
  • Administrate Agency Staff Suppliers and Agency drivers to ensure all such resources are compliant and approved in line with company policy
  • Complete weekly & monthly audits on agencies and sub-contractors, ensuring that they are fully compliant.
  • Keep all drivers files and records up to date on various systems.
  • Collate data for Management statistical reports.
  • General office administration and other ad hoc office duties.
  • Working across the department to support the whole team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in all Microsoft packages with Excel being necessary including knowledge of filters and formulas. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. Excellent spoken and written communication skills Strong work ethic. Good organizational and time management skills.
