You will deal with all relevant administration for new and existing clients including creating and maintaining paper and electronic records, ordering boards and instructing solicitors amongst many other varied duties. You will prepare posts for social media and be responsible for the proof of the draft catalogue. You will arrange viewing schedules and undertake viewings as required. You will register telephone and proxy bids and prepare notes for the auctioneer. You will also deal with general telephone enquiries.
Following an Auction, you will deal with post auction processes from exchange to completion including liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors right through to handing over keys upon completion.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:30pm, however you will be expected to work such hours as reasonably necessary to fulfil the role, this may include undertaking viewings in the evenings and at weekends. Therefore, flexibility is essential.
