Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions.

-To act as the liaison between the staff on the salon floor and the management.

-Organizing and co-coordinating the salons event planning.

-To be in charge of looking after Make Up Maison’s social media.

-use own initiative and be dedicated to your role

- Be in compliance with the data-protection act

- Must be well presented, polite and strong work ethic

-must be able to problem solve and work well in challenging environments

Experience:

  • Administration or receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
