Job Description

Having experienced such rapid growth, we now have exciting new plans in place to help drive the business forward, implementing stronger processes and procedures along the way and launching new training and development concepts internally. One of these being a bespoke internal training academy designed specifically for us, aimed at providing our employees with the resources needed to develop and up skill.

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of c£25K depending on experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactively promote Health, Safety and Environment throughout the company. Support the Head of Risk Management on all aspects of risk. Manage the “Assigned Tasks” on the Risk Management Notifications system on BOSS to ensure proactive action is taken by Property Managers. Review Reports and add “Action Items” on the Risk Management Notifications system on BOSS. Manage the “Action Items” on the Risk Management Notifications system on BOSS to ensure proactive action is taken by Property Managers. Arrange contractors where necessary to aid in completing cyclical/periodic reports or certification and legislative or contractual obligations. Ensuring all new contractors are registered on the Contractor Accreditation Scheme following the necessary procedures. Ensuring current contractors have up to date documentation as set out in the Contractor Accreditation Procedure. IOSH Managing Safely or similar relevant qualification. Experience in the Residential Property Management and/or Construction Industries. NeBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent). Asbestos, Legionella, Manual Handling, Working at Heights Awareness Training.
