Job Description

You will be responsible for generating Sales Invoices by using the information provided on Proof of Hire documents. These will include the use of Cranes, Labor, Ballast and Ancillaries from completed jobs. The nature of Heavy Cranes means the jobs tend to be multi-day hires and invoices within this division can be complex. Someone with previous experience creating and processing detailed and complex invoices would suit this role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re on the lookout for someone with a Sales Ledger/Sales Invoicing background who can come in and hit the ground running from day one. You’ll be working out of our Heavy Cranes Division based at our Leyland depot using Proof of Hires to generate sales invoices. The work of our Heavy Cranes is complex, and invoices include a number of extras.
