Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will work in an agile team environment to manage Salesforce data accuracy (input and output), development of reporting to meet business requirements and lead on enhancing the system. You will collaborate with internal teams across the company globally as well as 3rd part vendors to ensure the system has the relevant data to help Omnicell be the best they can be.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment for Omnicell International.
  • Own all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development/enhancement requests.
  • Work with our International management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams to coordinate work and resolve system issues in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across Omnicell International.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users and the application development teams.
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Territory Maintenance/System (ETM).
  • Change management and communication on system changes.
  • Advise the business on how to best utilities SalesForce.com.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years’ experience with the Salesforce Administrator. Expert in the use of Microsoft excel to manipulate large data sets. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Excellent project management skills. Strong understanding of the platform and salesforce.com best practices and functionality. Strong data management abilities. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Salesforce administration Certification is desirable but not essential if you have the right experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. MS Excel skills including data analysis, manipulation and VLookUp. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
